Summit is an Out of Network physical therapy provider. Summit accepts direct payment at time of treatment and accepts all major forms of payment, including pre-tax medical spending account debit cards. Most insurance plans have Out of Network benefits, meaning that you are eligible for reimbursement of some or all of your treatment costs.

Our goal is to provide exceptional care that saves you money in the long run. We encourage all patients to understand their Physical Therapy benefits since many plans have high co-pays, and / or high deductibles. Many find that once they fully understand their out of pocket costs, that Summit is a high value option that may save you money in the long run.
