Summit Physical Therapy & Wellness aims to support your personal wellness goals. We have state of the art metabolic assessment tools that can produce accurate readings of your Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR), Heart Rate Variability (HRV), and VO2Max. We can use these data to inform decisions as you plan your Wellness Journey. Wellness Categories include: cardiovascular training, resistance training, dietary choices relaxation/meditation rest and recovery. We believe that charting a course for better health is more successful with ways to measure your progress.
