Expert Orthopedic Clinical Care

Exceptional care should be the standard, not the exception. At Summit Physical Therapy & Wellness, we provide personalized, results-driven evaluation and treatment tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you're dealing with pain, recovering from an injury, or looking to improve movement and function, our team is dedicated to helping you achieve lasting results.

Our concierge approach allows us to deliver expert, one-on-one care in an efficient and effective manner. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all treatment plan, we focus on identifying the root cause of your symptoms and creating a targeted plan designed to help you reach your goals as quickly as possible. Your time is valuable, and our individualized approach ensures that every visit is purposeful and productive.

As an out-of-network provider, payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major forms of payment, including HSA and FSA debit cards. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits, and our team can provide the documentation needed to help you seek reimbursement when eligible.

If you have questions about our services or insurance reimbursement information, please contact us at 781-591-2002, and we'll be happy to guide you through the process.

Pelvic Floor Specialty

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy focuses on the evaluation and treatment of bladder, bowel, sexual health, and pelvic pain conditions that can impact quality of life and daily function. Our specialized approach addresses the muscles of the pelvic floor, abdominal wall, and pelvic girdle to improve core strength and overall function.

Treatment plans are individualized and may include specific manual or soft tissue techniques to improve tissue and muscle function along the pelvic floor as well as therapeutic exercise to enhance muscle and core strength performance to support long-term recovery and wellness.

Based on your specific needs, a comprehensive evaluation may include an internal pelvic floor muscle assessment (transvaginal and/or transrectal) to better understand muscle function and guide treatment.

We provide expert care for individuals of all genders and utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques, including:

  • Manual therapy and soft tissue mobilization
  • Therapeutic exercise and core strengthening
  • Biofeedback
  • Neuromuscular electrical stimulation
  • Functional dry needling
  • Movement and functional training
  • Patient education and self-management strategies

Conditions We Treat:

  • Bladder control and urinary incontinence
  • Pelvic pain syndromes
  • Pregnancy and postpartum recovery
  • Mild to moderate pelvic organ prolapse
  • Post-surgical rehabilitation
  • Post-menopausal conditioning
  • Voiding dysfunction

  • Diastasis recti and core weakness
  • Coccyx (tailbone) pain
